Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch

You may cancel a booking free of charge at any time before our engineer is dispatched. Simply call or WhatsApp us on +44 7440 766267.

After dispatch

Once an engineer has been dispatched and is en route, a call-out fee of £60 applies if you cancel before they arrive. This covers fuel and the opportunity cost of declining other jobs.

After arrival

Once the engineer has arrived on-site and started work, the full quoted price is payable.

Cancellations by us

In rare cases (engineer breakdown, severe weather, road closure) we may need to cancel or reschedule. We will give you as much notice as possible and waive any deposit.
