Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by AutoLocksmith4U Ltd ("we", "us", "our") to customers ("you") who book a mobile auto-locksmith service through our website, phone line or WhatsApp.

1. Services

We provide mobile auto-locksmith services including lost car-key replacement, spare key cutting and programming, key fob repair, emergency vehicle unlocking, ignition repair and related diagnostics. Services are offered subject to engineer availability and geographic coverage.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are based on the vehicle make, model, year and key type confirmed during booking. The agreed price is fixed once the engineer is dispatched, provided the information you have given is accurate. If the vehicle differs materially from what was described, we will quote a fixed amendment before any further work is carried out.

3. Identity & Ownership Verification

Before cutting or programming any key, our engineers will verify proof of ownership using the V5C (logbook) and/or photo ID matching the registered keeper. We reserve the right to refuse service where ownership cannot be verified.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the job. We accept all major debit and credit cards, contactless, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash. A full VAT receipt is issued on the spot.

5. Warranty

All parts and workmanship are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, water ingress or third-party tampering.

6. Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to the point the engineer is dispatched. Once dispatched, a call-out fee equivalent to the minimum service charge may apply (see Cancellation Policy).

7. Liability

We maintain £5 million public-liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
