Refund Policy

Because every job is bespoke (cutting and programming a key for a specific vehicle), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under the following principles.
Faulty parts
If a key or component supplied by us proves defective within the 12-month warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If repair or replacement is not possible, a full refund of the part will be issued.
Service not completed
If we are unable to complete the agreed service through no fault of yours, you will not be charged.
Change of mind
Because keys are cut to your specific vehicle and cannot be re-used, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind once a key has been cut and programmed.
How to request a refund
Email info@autolocksmith4u.com within 14 days of the service with your invoice number and reason. We will respond within 5 working days.
