Why are your prices lower than the main dealer?
We have no showroom, no service-desk markups and no towing fees. Our technicians arrive at your location with the same dealer-grade programming tools used in a franchised workshop, which means you pay for the part and the labour — nothing else.
Is the quoted price the final price?
Yes. Once we confirm your vehicle make, model, year and key type over the phone, the price is fixed. There are no hidden call-out fees, no fuel surcharges and no unexpected extras on arrival.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. The price quoted on the phone includes attendance, diagnostics, key cutting, programming, deletion of old keys and the warranty.
What if the job is more complicated than expected?
If we discover something unexpected on arrival (a damaged ignition barrel for example), we explain it and quote a fixed amendment before any work continues. You are never billed for surprises.
Do you accept card payment?
Yes — every van takes contactless, chip-and-PIN and Apple/Google Pay. Cash is also accepted. A full VAT receipt is issued on the spot.
